🏛️ 2024 — The company was founded: By Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 8, 2024 No. 137–r, the State Leasing Company was established. Institutional development has begun and pilot agricultural leasing programs have been launched.

⚙️ 2025 — Formation and development:  A leasing portfolio is being formed, and access to the regions is beginning. The following areas are developing: agriculture, transport, industry. Digitalization, green and Islamic leasing are starting.
